Baja Grilled Shrimp

 

Ingredients:
12 whole prawns, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons strained fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons strained fresh lime juice
3/8 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons seeded minced serrano chiles
3 teaspoons minced cilantro
 
 

Preparations:
Combine ingredient and mix well. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Skewer shrimp and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and arrange onto a serving platter. Garnish as desired. Serve hot.

Makes 4 Servings.
